Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Large Navel Orange
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1 Bag of Carrots I used a 16 oz. bag
  • 6 Ounces Bag of Tumeric About 8 knobs
  • 2 Inches of Ginger
  • 1 Head of Celery

Instructions
 

  • Gather your ingredient and wash produce.
  • Peal the orange, lemons, carrots, turmeric, and ginger.
  • Wash celery thoroughly and trim off the ends.
  • Slowly juice all ingredients - working them through the juicer carefully. If using a blender, place all produce in the blender and pulse until combined. Once the mixture is blended, use a fine mesh strainer for the pulp. If you want more fiber - skip this step!
  • Pour it up as a shot or dilute with water. Optionally, serve with a dash of freshly cracked black pepper for optimal nutrient absorption.
